These terms apply to your use of exibran.com and to the free checks and paid services offered through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Exibran

Exibran is a business name registered in Nigeria and owned by Michael Zacs as a sole proprietor ("Exibran", "we", "us"). Contact: chat@exibran.com.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
copy large parts of the site automatically in a way that harms it or its performance;
use the site or its forms to send spam, malware or unlawful content;
pretend to be someone else when contacting us.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, designs, graphics, logos and other content on the site belong to Exibran or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a clear credit and link to the source. You may not republish whole articles, sell our content, or present it as your own without written permission.

Free checks

A free check is a short review offered without charge, at our discretion. It is general information based on what we can see at the time, provided "as is", and it does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We may decline or delay a request.

Paid services

When you hire us for paid work (for example an audit, consulting or content), the scope, price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in writing, such as a proposal, quote or invoice. If that written agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins for that project.

Payment: fees are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.
Your part: you agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and any access we need to do the work.
Results: search engines and AI assistants are run by other companies and change often. We use our best skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI mentions, leads or sales.
Refunds and cancellation: these follow your written agreement. If it says nothing, fees already paid for work not yet started are refunded if you cancel, and work already done is charged for.
Ownership: once paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and know-how, and may mention that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.

Affiliate links and sponsored content

Some links on the site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is labelled as sponsored. See the Disclaimer for more.

If you subscribe, we will email you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Other websites and tools

The site links to and uses services from other companies. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies, and your use of them is under their terms.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, error free or that the information is complete, current or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Exibran is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or our services. For paid services, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover Exibran for losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith by email. If that does not work, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria will have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
