Key takeaways
- Answer the main question in the first two sentences of the post.
- Use one H2 per sub-question your buyer would ask, phrased the way they would ask it.
- Add real numbers, examples and first-hand experience. AI tools cite specifics, not opinions.
This is a reference post. It stays as a draft, so it never appears on the live site. Open it in the admin panel to see how each feature works, then duplicate it or delete it.
Start with the direct answer
The first paragraph under the title should answer the reader's main question in one or two sentences. Google and AI assistants often pull this exact passage (opens in a new tab) into their answers.
Use the questions your buyers actually ask
Turn each sub-question into an H2 or H3. Use the words a buyer would type into ChatGPT or Google.
Add proof inside the answer
Screenshots, numbers and named examples make a post trustworthy. For example, a comparison table:
| Approach | What AI tools see | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Generic advice | Nothing new to cite | Rarely mentioned |
| First-hand data | A unique source | Cited and linked |
Turn readers into conversations
Add a call to action where it fits naturally, usually after you have shown real value.
Close with what to do next
End with a short summary and one clear next step. Then fill in the FAQ field with 2 to 4 real questions.
Frequently asked questions
How long should a blog post be?
As long as it takes to fully answer the question, and no longer. Most posts that win on Google and in AI answers cover the topic completely with clear sections, not padding.
How often should I update old posts?
Review your most important posts every 3 to 6 months. Update facts, screenshots and the "Last updated" date when you make real changes.
